1) Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat and click on “Organize Pages”.

2) Click “Insert” at the top and then “From File…”

3) Browse your computer and choose the PDF you want to insert and click “Select”

4) Choose if you want the new PDF to be before or after the current PDF pages.

Example: In the below screenshot, my PDF will be inserted After the 1st page. The new inserted page is now page 2.

5) To move pages, left-click and hold the page icon and move it around. You will see a blue line indicating where the new page will be placed.
